Tresemme have a new line out specially for split ends :) there's a shampoo, conditioner and extreme treatment :) but if your looking for something right now at low cost, put avocado, lemon juice and a tad of honey in a bowl mix it up and apply to your ends, wash out after 20 mins :) hope I helped :)
