Shadow Insurance

My eyeshadow stays on all day.

I don't have particularly oily lids, but my eyeshadow colour just disappears at the end of the day - I have long days. But since I started using Too Faced Shadow Insurance, I noticed I still have colour makeup on my lids when I cleanse my face at night. Totally recommended.

If you know anything about this tiny little island, its that it's freakin HUMID, all day, everyday, 365 days a year. When you're here, you need a primer desperately because of the high humidity in this tropical city. I did an entire night out clubbing, with the hot & humid night drizzle, coming back home and sure enough, my makeup didn't even crease a bit! It looked as perfect as it did when I left the house. Oh and did I mention I got lost and started running around and was sweating like a gross pig in heels?! Even THEN, didn't budge.

So if it can survive the high heat & humidity of Singapore, people, it'll work for you!

I usually wear Urban Decay's Primer Potion but I am always willing to try new things so I decided to give Shadow Insurance a try. It gets the job done, my shadow lasts longer and it does't crease I also like the texture compared to UDPP that sometimes get a little runny. This is one of my favorite eye primers

Really enjoy this primer, it really makes a difference with my shadows and bottom liner lasting longer, and it feels really light on my lids when I apply it, not very sticky like some other primers and bases i've used.

Disappointing :(

Usually I wear UDPP as my eye primer but after reading so many great reviews about TFSI, I decided to give it a try.

It feels similar with UDPP in terms of texture and application but TFSI can't make my e/s stay on my lid during working hours. I will have major creasing after 12 hours of application and the colors on my lid disappear after I take ablution before I pray.

When using UDPP my e/s will last even after ablution, working, and doing groceries after office (so approximately 15 hours/day). Sure my e/s won't look as if it is being retouched but the colors will still be there and I will have no creasing.

Really disappointed with this product, maybe it works well for caucasian/oily lid but not for asian/normal-dry lid. Maybe this product is just not for me.

This is an amazing product! Not only does it make my eye shadow last all day, it also makes the colors pop, which I really like! It prevents creasing and lasts a long time. Definitely worth purchasing!

Best ever!

I have really oily eyelids and this product guarantees my eyeshadow will never crease. I can't go without it! I have found that even though its tinted a bit, it doesn't change the color of the eyeshadow. As a matter of fact, your eyeshadow is a much truer color to what's in the compact with this primer than on a natural lid.

I LOVE this shadow primer. Its been my favorite for years now. It makes shadow and liner stay put all day and night. But the absolute BEST part is that you need only a teeny tiny pinhead size amount for each eye. So, in the roughly 4 years I've been using this product, I've only bought it twice. It's SUCH a great value!

long lasting

This is a great product for everyday use or going to a party! It always keeps my eyeshadow and eyeliner in place all day and/ or night. Never smudges, creases, or fades. The best part is that you only need a tiny amount no matter how much eyeshadow you have on your eyes. I'm really glad i purchased this. It's lasted me a long time and I would definitely purchase it again because its worth the money.

i've used so many different eye shadow primers and honestly, this wasn't my most favorite one. i got it in my too faced beauty editor darlings kit in a sample size and i definitely won't be buying it in full size
