Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner - Perfect Black

I love this eye liner! Not only is it waterproof but it really is long lasting and smudge proof. I love the wet look finish as well. I work in a store where we have a lot of liners and I recommend this product to a lot of clients.

STAYING AMAZING

I have super watery eyes and have a problem getting just about any eyeliner to stay in my waterline. I used to use U.D.S Perversion and ran out, when I went to my local ULTA I stumbled on this liner and thought I would give it a try, Ive stuck with it ever since. IT is really the perfect black so the name could not be better. I use this everyday for all my looks, it goes on sooo creamy and stays amazing no running no smudging. I am a huge fan of bold colors so I hope to see this collection grow more colorful(:

I use it every time I go out with friends

I love the perfect black eye liner it's just perfect. I use it every time I go out with friends to the clubs. It doesn't smudge and it keeps my look going all night. I reccoment it to any one that would want their eye liner to last all night!

These are actually some of my favorite liners. I use perfect black to tight line my eyes when I want a dramatic look and I use it to line my waterline when I'm going out at night. They do not smudge and lasts all night.

A new staple

I'm incredibly picky about eyeliners, so when I bought this, I have to admit that I was skeptical. It's SUPER creamy, smooth, and pigmented, but I worried that it because of this, it would slide right off my eyes. I'm happy to report that I was wrong! It stays smudgy for a few seconds, but after that, it really doesn't move--even if you rub at it. It's so rich and dark that it almost looks like liquid liner. Needless to say, I've found a new favorite, and I can't wait to give Perfect Moss and Perfect Brown a shot!

BEST. BLACK EYELINER. EVER.

This is my new favorite makeup ESSENTIAL. I have tried several other brands (from drugstore to prestige) but none hold a candle to this. This is the darkest, most rich black out there. I LOVE that it's waterproof. My eyes teared up when I was outside and it was really windy...and the liner stayed perfect. No raccoon eyes. Even wearing it on my waterline and tightlining it in my upper lash area. Soooo creamy. Goes on super smooth and easy and doesn't tug on my eyes. The only thing I can suggest to make this even better is if it was a twist pencil that came with a sharpener. I hate to waste any product when sharpening this type of pencil encased in wood. I tried this in a kit that had a travel size pencil and no smudger, so I can't review that part of the pencil. I did smudge a little with a brush before it set for a dramatic smokey look, and it was so easy and looked amazing. I can't wait to try out the other colors in this collection. If you only get ONE of these, the black is quite the investment.

A Makeup Must!!

I am always on the hunt for a good eyeliner! I look for dark pigment, how long it lasts, and how smoothly it goes on! This product nails all three! I first tested this product instore and I found later the small swatch I did on my hand was not coming off!!! I had to have it! It lasts roughly 5 hours which when your like me and I like it to be as dark as possible that's pretty dang good!!! If you apply Alittle powder on the top it lasts even longer!! This is a must for me. I always have it in my beauty bag!!!

Amazing!

If there's one thing Too Faced know how to do well, it's make waterproof makes up! I've tried a lot of eyeliners that claim their waterproof, but they've all come off right when water touched it. This one you actually need soap or makeup remover for. It's great for the waterline because you never end up with raccoon eyes at the end of the day. Another thing is that the eyeliner is super creamy and goes on easy. you barely have to touch it to your eye for it to go on. This will be my go to eyeliner from now on!

Super smooth!

I swatched this a while back and didn't get it because I wasn't in a shopping mood. But then it was all I could think about! It seemed like it went on without barely even touching my skin. I hate pencil liners. They seem completely barbaric if you have to pull at all on your lid. This one glides super ultra smooth, you hardly even feel it. I went back and got it and now I use it constantly. It makes a great line and is a very dense black.

Not the best...

I got this pencil in the Return of Sexy palette and have never really been so disappointed with a black liner. It isn't super black and the pencil is a little too creamy. Part of the pencil broke off while lining my waterline and ended up giving me really bad racoon eyes.
It is waterproof, though. So that bag under my eye won't be budging until I go upstairs and take a makeup remover wipe. Only good thing about it, lol.
