What it is: A solid foundation paired with a sponge applicator. What it does: TheBalm TimeBalm Foundation crafts a flawless face by smoothing out imperfections and leaving a perfect canvas for further beautification. Made with a vitamin-packed, rejuvenating formula, this product can be worn all day long -- guilt free. The beneficial ingredients of vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, soybean oil, panthenol, linoleic acid, phospholipids, and beeswax create a cocktail that combats wrinkles and protects the eye area from environmental stresses.
I love the formula of this foundation--you can use it sheer or full coverage. It's not too creamy, so I can use it as a concealer when I'm traveling. Also, you get a huge amount in the pan, it lasts forever!
This is my "go too" foundation for when I'm going out or just dressing up. I hate thick foundations, so this is perfect for me. The negative this about this product is that the color selection is pretty bad, but if you use a stippeling brush it will work wonders!
An other thing i don't like about it is that it will collect hair from your makeup brushes, so that is a bit negative.
But, I still love this foundation when using a stippelig brush. You get an airbrushed finish without the cakey look. The coverage is buildable, and covers light acne pretty well.
I really love this foundation. The color is a bit dark for my skin, but it blends out beautifully. I found it works best when you use it with a cosmetic sponge (I use ones I've had, not the one that came with it.) I've been having trouble finding a foundation that works best with my skin and covering my blemishes. Since using this, I've been using less concealer and spend less time worrying about having my face rub against anything. It feels like there is nothing on my skin when I wear it. Though, it does bring out dry patches, though I don't owrry about that too much. I have have a spot or two now that come out. This also lasts me all day without fading or making me super oily like other foundations.
