Loose eyeshadows are packed by weight. However, some ingredients may still settle during shipping, which gives the appearance being less full.

This is by far my most favorite of all my eye shadows. It blends so well with my other shades and it looks so good. It matches my skin tone very well, and dosen't smudge at all. I especially love the sparkle, because it isn't too overpowering, but adds just enough to be visible.
Applied on the eye in any form wet or dry and it just looks amazing. Their are so many words that describe all the eyeshadows from sugarpill but this is my fav. Starling is just a perfect blue colour for a beach inspired themed look or sky theme.
