Pigmented Medium Royal Blue
Milani eyeshadows are a hidden GEM! They are the exact size as MAC's pan eyeshadows so you can depot them into MAC empty palettes. Of course, the quality isn't the same as, say, a Dior shadow. But for $3 a pop, you cannot go wrong with any of these.
Blue Ice is a medium shimmery royal blue. I love pairing this with other bright colors like Milani Shock (a vibrant red toned purple) and Milani Flare (a burnt copper). This color is definitely not for the timid; it's incredibly pigmented and wears really well when paired with a primer (like Urban Decay Primer Potion). Since this is such a vibrant blue, it might be harder to pull off on blue eyes. For green and brown eyes, you are good to go! For a subtly bright look, smudge this on the lower lash line with black liner + mascara on top!
