True Match foundation - Alabaster C1

Terrible product.

This foundation is one of the worst foundations I have ever used. It comes out really chalky/powdery on my skin. I can feel it there for a few hours until it melts away. Now I am not an oily person, and I have never had foundation melt off my face before.. it was disgusting! it's also very liquidy and the application process is terrible since there's no pump top or anything. it also smells bad! I can't even explain what it smells like, all I can say is it smells like a rank mixture of chemicals and bad makeup.

I like it, nice and light

I normally use GOSH x-ceptional wear in Porcelain which I love, but as we are getting into slightly warmer weather (well what we have of it in the UK) I find it a little bit heavy, so I bought this because I know it is lighter on my skin, although I have the lightest shade I do have to mix it with a bit of white foundation.
The only thing I don't like about this, is that you can't get all of the product out, you think you have finished the bottle but you can actually get a few more days out of it really.

Not too bad

I used this for a few years, it has really light coverage but i think they may have changed their formula over the years because it seemed to make my face feel oilier than it used to so i switched foundations but still am not happy. Like that it has spf in it will have to go back and try it again someday.

I have combo skin with moderate acne. I would say this has a light-medium coverage but you can build it up if you need more coverage in a certain area. It has a natural matte finish -not dewey but not super matte either. I liked that you could choose your undertone..this one the only drugstore foundation that gives you that option that I know of. I don't feel like I need to use much concealer after using this foundation. I would recommend this to more people whose skin is more on the oily side. I always end up pouring out way more than I need..I wish it had a pump. Other than that I'm very pleased with this product. I would definitely repurchase.

Loving this!

This is not a heavy foundation! Thats what I love, you can totally forget you are wearing a foundation! Yet, it still has good coverage! Easy to blend with your hands or a brush! The only reason why it is not 5 stars is because its really good but nothing super extraordinary for me. It stays on well throughout the day . Its not a dewy or matte finish, for me its in between!

Amazing- when I can be bothered to put in the effort...

The color, the texture, the light-reflecting properties are just wonderful! However, you need to have an excellent base with this one, you can't just slather it on (or maybe my skin is this way). So moisturize well, wait about half an hour, put on primer and gently smooth this stuff on and it looks and feels great. Lasts a good 8 hours on primed skin.

i do like this product, it worked for what i was using it for (i was using it for theater makeup) i like the product to an extent, only problem is i do feel that my face is literally covered with makeup, i feel like it just clogs my pores and everything

Best drugstore foundation! But I feel like it's better for dry skin, cause it is very shiny and... runny? But that also makes it easier to work with and easier to mix, to get your perfect color. If you want a dewy finnish this foundation is awsome. It's my favorite to blend with other foundations for lighter/darker colors =)

decent coverage but broke me out

It does work and blend and cover well but after an hour or so of wearing it my face gets itchy. I have super sensitive skin though so that's more than likely what went wrong. But I have to say even if it didn't make me itch I wouldn't repurchase it. It just didn't amaze me.

my go to cheapo foundation

I love the color and the amount of colors to match from. I wear it probably 2-3 times a week which for me it a lot. I DO have to wear pretty heavy lotion below it or i look dry and patchy. moisturize a lot before applying if you have a tendency to get dry.
