Beauty Product Reviews

Eh.

I had this liquid liner long time ago. It was recommended by a friend of mine. I decided to give it a try, cause hey, it's by Physicians Formula. But once I tried it on, it didn't come out so black and it was too liquidy. :/ I continued using it until it dried out or couldn't draw anymore. In the packaging, I believe it said in a couple of weeks my lashes would grow or something, but I didn't really notice a change throughout time. Whenever I'd have to use the liquid liner, I had to brush through the cap to release some product (kind of hard to explain what I did), but sometimes it still wouldn't work.

Wide Awake!

I have this eyeliner in Topaz. It is really creamy and because it's a light colour, it really makes you look wide awake. I wore this for a project photoshoot I had for school and it made me look like a doll (with false eyelashes, of course). I would really recommend this eyeliner if you wanna give a natural pop to your eyes. :)

This powder isn't good for pictures. White patches, streaks or whatever of it will show on your face wherever you applied it. It's only good for use if you're outside shopping, etc.

I go to makeup school, and this beauty blender was part of the things our teacher told us to get. It works so well! Sometimes i forget to soak it (and squeeze out the water of course) before using it, and the foundation doesn't look so well on the skin. But after being soaked, it blends perfectly. I also use this when I want to tone down blush when I apply either too much or if the colour's too strong. The only problem with this is that if you don't clean it, with the beauty blend soap, right after using it, part of the foundation will stain the sponge. Also, it rips when you tend to rub it too hard when cleaning it and after cleaning it so much. Besides those down sides, i would still recommend this sponge! Even though it's a little pricy (depending where you buy it), it's worth it. :)
