About Me

I'm a make-up artist, musician, singer and illustrator, also known as LeafOfSteel. I also create some wire jewellery.
My main problem with being a make-up artist is that I really don't like and don't care about fashion. I just like to paint on people's faces. I could call myself goth (I know others do), but that wouldn't be quite true, since there are many styles and things that influence me. Mostly old ones. I guess you can say that I'm a girl of yesterday, prefering styles, books and music created at least 15 years ago. Sometimes much further back. Make-up is probably the only thing I don't complain about. Today, yesterday, tomorrow (unless they stop using make-up), everything's ok with me. Generally I'm a no person raised in a no environment (Poland, in the 80s), but I try hard, so don't let me scare you ^_^ I am also cynical, which probably doesn't help.
I love music, books, RPG, video games, movies, some manga & anime, cats, coffe and cigarettes.
