💙🚬💎 Blue smokey eye using mostly UD's #VicePalette 💎🚬💙 1⃣ Prime your lids with UDPP 2⃣ Mix MAC's rule e/s with saddle e/s and sweep onto the crease 3⃣ Apply @urbandecay 's Chaos e/s to the lid. To intensify the color, spray with Fix + 😉 4⃣ Apply @urbandecay 's anonymous eyeshadow near the tear ducts and underneath the brows. 5⃣ Darken the outer corner with @urbandecay 's black market e/s 6⃣ Line your top lids and lower water line. I used NYC liquid liner & Victoria's Secret pencil liner. 7⃣ Smoke out your lower lash line by layering black market, chaos, then rule (Mac) 8⃣ Add your favorite pair of lashes. I've been putting this one off for too long! I was really nervous about doing the carriage. Those swirly wheels... oh my god! I must have done them at least half a dozen times! But I finally did it! Yay! So we've got the Fairy Godmother turning the pumpkin into the carriage and on the other side is the castle. I had to draw out that castle a million times trying to get it right! Hopefully it's recognizable.
