I had a request to do peacock feather nails, but I didn't just want to do the feathers. I wanted to incorporate the beautiful bird responsible for the feathers as well. This is what I ended up with. The inspiration for this design came from an outfit that I saw on the show Jane By Design. The base color is Sinful Colors Black on Black and the tiny floral pattern was done with different colors of Apple Barrel acrylic paint.

I was asked to do a Greek inspired nail tutorial and so I was inspired by a popular Greek wave pattern. The blue base is two different polishes. First I have a thin coat of Wet n Wild Megalast I Need A Refresh-Mint and then I used two coats of Sinful Colors Cinderella over that. For the pattern I used Apple Barrel acrylic paint.

I had a request on my facebook page to do a batman nail art design and this is what I came up with. The batman symbol isn't as hard as it looks, and I absolutely love the way the splatter nails turned out! The black is Sinful Colors Black on Black and the Yellow is Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Mellow Yellow.

The confetti pieces on my nails are small pieces of dried nail polish. :) I let the polish dry on a plastic ziplock bag and then I cut it up into the squares.
