love <3

I always come back to buying this. The tip isn't the softest but i dont mind it doesnt hurt, it all depends on your hand. It lasts all day & night, i wear it every single day. Everyone always says wow i love your liner when i wear it. Well it's this. for 3.99$ it's fabulous for now :)

This stuff is NOT for people who are just learning to use liquid eyeliner. When they say water proof, they mean it.

I've been using this for years and I love it. I was having problems with my liquid eyeliner coming off through the day but this one rarely needs a touch up. It's inexpensive at $3-$4. And my cat eyes stay on all day! The brush is hard rather than soft but I suppose I've been using it for so long that I'm just used to it and it doesn't bother me. Once you've used it a few times it gets a little softer.

If you're having problems taking it off, you need a stronger eye makeup remover...I use Almay makeup remover pads and they work just fine for removing it.

A summary: "NOPE."

I've only tried a few liquid eyeliners, but I've used them enough to know that this is a bad product. The tip is hard and difficult to apply eyeliner with, and afterwards it refuses to come off of your eye. If you're having troubles, try using a Q-tip, soap (be careful not to get it in your eye), water, and some good old-fashioned patience.
Don't buy this product. Seriously, spend a few more dollars and get an eyeliner that works well (I'm fairly happy with Almay, even if it's not waterproof).

I really enjoy this eyeliner. Purchased for only 3 bucks, I figured I'd give it a try. All of you that are having problems, try using petroleum jelly to take it off. It works wonders and I've never had a problem with it coming off! My only problem with this eyeliner is it rubs off on the top of my eyelids, not sure why or how to fix it. Otherwise I would love this.

Gives "waterproof" a whole new meaning

I've tried my share of "waterproof" eyeliners, all of which smeared and smudged even if I didn't get wet. This stuff is totally different. I thought with it being so cheap that it would probably not be any better than the rest, but it clings to my eyes like glue all day and keeps its strong pigment.
That being said, you're going to need a very good eye makeup remover (I use Neutrogena hydrating makeup wipes) and some patience, as it takes a while to scrub off. It WILL come off if you persevere!
Another thing about this eyeliner is that it looks shiny after you apply it as if it's still wet, which isn't really a huge deal if you layer it with a bit of stick eyeliner. The felt tip is hard which takes some getting used to.

883 Smoky - Runny, Faded, and Disappointing.

I purchased this product after having read a rave review here on Beautylish, as I would've otherwise passed since I don't experiment much with waterproof products. Sadly, this product did not perform for me.

The felt tip is hard, and sometimes hurts my lid. The formula is runny, the pigmentation is poor, and while it delivers on its waterproof claim, it just doesn't come off! I tried baby wipes, Almay Makeup Remover Pads, and even Urban Decay's Meltdown Makeup Remover, and I was still left with traces of eyeliner.

If you have to try a liquid eyeliner from Wet n' Wild, I recommend their Mega Liner Liquid Eyeliners. While they have a brush tip, they're much more pigmented, and they wear tremendously well, without being a pain to remove.

Definitly stays put

So I bought this eyeliner based on the reviews on here stating that it stays on all day. I didn't heed the warnings about this stuff not coming off. this stuff does not come off!!!! It stays on all night and day!! But it was too much for me

The color is nice, but i had to go over it a few times to get it right. The felt tip brush is also feels very rough, I wasn't used to that.

I wouldn't recommend it

Well i tried this eyeliner in Halloween and a few other occasions... (i borrowed my friend's)
but anyway i would give this eyeliner a thumbs up on staying put all day but at the same time I'd give it a thumbs down because when they mean h20 proof it is h20 proof, even olive oil proof, makeup remover proof, etc. .__.
it was really hard to take off and it remained on my face for a week, and I'm not a big fan of the smell either.
it reminded me of a sort of gasoline smell...wouldn't recommend it >.<

I HATED this eyeliner

I absolutely hated this eyeliner. The pigmentation was alright but when I tried taking it off with even an oil based remover, it wouldn't come off. I tried olive oil as well. My eyes were red and irritated for two days. I would not recommend this eyeliner to anyone.

Stays on FOREVER....well at least til you wash your face. ;)

Don't you just hate it when your put on your makeup in the morning only to find out your eyeliner is near to non-existent by the time lunch rolls around?

This eyeliner should probably come with a warning:
WARNING: Will stay on until you fight me off!

Okay, maybe not "fight" off but this eyeliner does take a bit of work to rub off at the end of the day. But, heck, I don't mind one bit. Why you may ask? Because that's what I expected; it's what I paid for. You can't invest your money in a waterproof eyeliner and expect it to just dissolve in your hands when you want it to.

Pigmentation is amazing, I don't have to go over and over and over and....well you know, over again just to get the eyeliner as dark as it should be.

Wet N Wild H20 Proof Liquid Eyeliner is definitely what I call a bang for your buck. Great product, for a great price! A must have in my beauty box. :)
