Alright...

I got this as a gift and was super excited about all the colors because I had never used the 24/7 pencils before. I didn't realize that all the colors were sparkly, except for the black, which is the only one i can really use. Most of the colors don't show up that well on my skin color, I just look like I have glitter on my eye. Overall it was sort of disappointing..

Was it worth it?

I love Urban Decay products. They're probably one of favorite brands. I love the 27/7 liners in general and before purchasing this kit, I had a few of the colors. I had Whiskey, Zero, Flipside, Ransom, and maybe a few more. I thought I'd be getting a great deal when I bought it, but I found that I don't use as much of the colors as I thought I would.

I bought it basically for the color Perversion (though it bothered me that I realized Zero wasn't as black as I thought it was). I think it's a great kit if your new to the eyeliners and you want to build your kit. Since I had a lot of the liners already, I feel like I wasted money.

I was also left with some drab dark colors, which are great neutrals. It's just not what I wanted.

A great buy!!!

A nice range of colors. Urban Decay 24/7 pencils are my favorite eye pencils. Perversion is my go to pencil for the waterline. They stay all day. I don't have to worry about having to do a touch up or check if they'll begin to give me raccoon eyes. The colors are vibrant. Although I wish they sold Perversion individually. The sharpener is a nice quality as well. I recently replaced my NYX sharpener & started using the UD one (which I was saving to keep it nice).

This is definitely one of the best beauty purchases I've ever made. These 15 eye pencils will last me, quite literally, years. Especially the colored ones, which I won't use every day. Perversion blows Zero right out the window, it is so extremely black in one swipe. I also love Asphyxia and Midnight Cowboy which are both very unique colors exclusive to the set (Midnight Cowboy is a perfect nude colored liner for the waterline). Other favorite limited edition colors like Corrupt and Binge are also in here, making it a great buy for anyone looking for a high quality liner in awesome colors!

Best eyeliners I've ever tried.

I am SO glad I got my hands on this set. 15 eyeliners that are normally $18 each for $92 is an incredible deal! These liners don't smudge or run during the day, even when it's hot or I'm sweating. I love that I can actually put them on my waterline and see them there 4 hours later.
It's too bad this wasn't a permanent thing. Such amazing eyeliners for such a great price.

I recently got into UD (I'm a Mac Girl) and I've never tried their eyeliners before this kit. I couldn't pass up the deal of 15 eyeliners for >$10 each! What a deal! The only thing I didn't like about this set was that it was so expensive to buy $100 worth of eyeliners right away. When you break it down it's a great deal but still hard to put down 100 for "1 item". Over All A+

would've given it 5 full stars if my set didn't come in a broken, smelly box :(

I love Urban Decay, but lately I feel like they've been missing the mark on their packaging. I'm a big fan of packaging (though ugly packaging doesn't stop me from buying a good product), and ultimately had to throw away the box that this set came in. The packaging itself was imperfect anyway, and infused with this awful plastic (factory?) smell that would not go away. Trying to keep the box only perpetuated my frustration with the set because I would get physically ill from the smell. I am super sensitive to smells and it just got to the point where I couldn't deal with it any longer then finally decided to give up. Plus, it's not like I didn't try anything to get rid of the smell for about three months either. Generally, I really like Urban Decay's eyeliners. They're smooth, creamy, apply well, last throughout the day, are waterproof, and the range of colors is bright and pretty. This set is good in terms of value (although the price tag doesn't make the purchase any less painful!) since an eyeliner typically retails for 17$ individually. Other than my major problem with the smell of these, I only have a few nitpicky complaints about two colors in this set. Binge is not as pigmented as other colors, but it is buildable and Ransom is a pretty color, but can be streaky in application. No serious complaints though, these two colors just need a little bit of extra work to be used like the others. Also, Perversion is such a nice creamy black matte that is the darkest eyeliner yet! Compared to others in the set, it specifically takes a little extra rubbing with remover to get it all off, but its lasting power makes up for that. Obviously, the huge con with this set is that I have had it since January and they have not lost their nasty plastic smell. I've tried to air them out in dry heat/cold and nothing's worked. The only thing is that the smell has lessened but only to the point where I don't get a stomachache from entering the room they're in. Attached is a photo of the recycled box used to store these eyeliners at home to keep them from infusing the rest of my makeup with the smell. By the way, the old Josie Maran box became heavily fused with the smell after only a day of keeping them in there. I feel like these eyeliners will last me a very long time since I tend to not use them as often as I'd like due to the smell rubbing off on my fingers. (Can you tell how much I hate the smell of them?) I have tried to contact Urban Decay but have yet to hear back from them and doubt that I ever will.
