Not only do I have incredibly oily lids, I also have incredibly sensitive skin. To the point where if I remove my make-up with a cloth at night, I absolutely HAVE to rinse my face off or the remover from the wipe will turn my lids red and I look rabid.
I'm sorry, it's gross, but for the sake of the review, it should be said.
TFSI keeps my make-up on ALL day. And I'm going from foggy and rainy San Francisco to sauna humid New York summers. Does. Not. Budge.
AND, unlike other primers and eye products, it doesn't sting my eyes.
It's a mainstay in my make-up bag and I highly recommend it.

Let me just put it out in the universe that I love most of the Too Faced products. This shadow insurance does not disappoint. It's definately one of the better shadow primer products out there, in my humble opinion. You only need a small amount so this beauty will last you a long time. Love the color of the packaging. I would definately buy again.

First off I have really oily lids and have tried numerous other primers and bases but nothing seems to last all day to keep my shadow from creasing. But the shadow insurance kept my eyeshadow perfect from 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. when I took it off.
Must have!
I use this every day! I due a basic natural look every day since I don't wake up early enough to jazz my eyes up. However, I do use it on the weekends, and with a little extra MAC paint pot or a NYX jumbo pencil it works just perfectly. My eyes are a little extra oily, so I do have to use a little something extra, but overall I really do love this stuff :-)

I love this primer. Best I have used yet, I tested it against the UD primer potion and this one last alot longer. As of right now this is my go to primer for everything.
Makeup Must Have!
I have been using this for over a year. It really works. It makes my shadow appear brighter and more real to the color. It also prevents creasing which my eyes do very badly since my eyelids are quite oily. ):

This product has not failed me yet! Definitely a HG product for me!!! I like that it is more liquidy (for lack of a better word) than UDPP. It isn't quite as thick, and I feel like this makes the Too Faced spread easier, and you don't need as much product because of that.
Won't Crease, Won't Fade!
A little goes a long way with this product! I use it eveytime I do a heavier eye makeup and the eyshadow looks the same at the end of the night as it did when I applied it. I apply a small amount to my lid as well as below the eye (where you would put concealer) It works well with gitter and shimmer, will not crease, even on mature skin. Highly recommended!
Worth every penny!
I'm the type of person that doesn't really like to splurge on makeup, but shadow insurance was def' worth every penny. I'm a tan shade so eyeshadows don't really show up on my skin the way I want them to. With the use of this eyeshadow primer, the e/s appear more vibrant and they even last longer. The product goes on smoothly and just one tiny drop goes a long way! Lalalove it.
Works just as well as Primer Potion
I love this product just as much as the primer potion. The stain power is the same. No creasing. And is very comparable almost identical the UD Primer Potion. The only difference is that this one is a little harder to blend than the primer potion, like this one feels a little more stickier? Anywho, other than that, it works great!
