Applied over a cream shadow or eye liner, Eye Shadow Powders add shimmer and fixes the finish.

Moisten brush for intense colour and longer wear.

Lighter colours can be used as a facial illuminator or to open the eyes when applied to the inner corners.

Apply with Ten Image diagonal brush 06.
