Kohl Waterproof Eyeliner

Good, but wears off fast

I have this in black and like it alot! My only problem is that it does not last too long of a time. I use this alot but if I am going to be out for a long time, I take my Honeybee Garens black eyeshadow over it to make it last forever!

This eyeliner glides on easily, and a nice creamy black color.

Despite it stating it is waterproof, there are times when the darn thing will smudge up on the lower lash line. You will have to do continuous touch up here and there.

The smudger on it, is rather stiff like. If you try to smudge out the eyeliner, it either ends up removing most of the eyeliner, or doesn't smudge at all.

You have better luck spending your $8-9 on another eyeliner than this, unless you don't mind touch-ups.

Perfect for smudging

I currently use this kohl liner because liquid liners were irritating my eyes, yet I still wanted something that would allow me to do a smoky eye or cat eye, which this does. It is very easy to use and goes on creamy and smoothly. The smudge tip applicator is great for finishing a smokey eye. This is a cheap and very good product!
