Very long lasting, great with cotton pads! Takes majority off but can have a oily residue even though there's no oil. I will probably try something new next time, but worth a shot for the price!
does the job
This remover does a really great job removing eyeshadows, and even face make up. However, I felt that although it was oil free, it was still very oily. I felt like it left a residue and I didn't like that very much (it's probably just me). Regardless, it doesn't irritate eyes, burn, or leave them dry.
five stars
considering this is oil free, you'd never guess how terrific it is. it gets all traces of makeup off without feeling oily, but still leaving a nice, hydrated but clean feeling behind. it is my new favourite eye makeup remover.
Really gets it all off.
I love the fact that this dissolves everything! Long lasting eyeliner? Gone! Waterproof mascara? Removed. The one downside of this is that it feels really oily after I use it. Even though I was it all off of my face, it still bothers me that it's so greasy feeling.
easy to remove mascara, not too greasy
favorite mascara remover, it glides off easily, without clouding up your eyes, it smooths mascara off without a big black mess, Simple, neat, easy, great. Easy to use with anything, a tissue, washcloth, dry or wet, Feels good and non burning or irritating. Removes with least friction. It's the only kind I use.

Best drugstore eyemakeup remover!!
I have used this for several years! LOVE IT. It is about $6 and can be found everywhere. It is a 2 part that you shake to mix, it is OIL-FREE and works on water-proof makeup! I use a cotton round to apply, it never ends up in my eyes, it does not sting or burn or irritate the delicate eye skin. Best of all, it washes off completely so there's never product residue.
Forget department store eye makeup removers, trust me - this is the best.
The best remover available at a drug store.
The mixture of the chemicals create a temporary "oil-like" texture, breaking down and loosening make-up. This may confuse some users but the texture goes away when the chemicals separate. Wipe off with a cotton pad and rinse with warm water to remove excess remover.

My favorite make-up remover of all time. It's not scented and you don't need much when using. Inexpensive and the bottle size is really good for being so cheap. I only use a little bit at a time so this really lasts me a while. I really recommend this to everyone.
