AMAZING.
This is by far one of my favorite foundations. I love it! It leaves my skin flawless and I have never had to touch up my make up even though I have combination skin. I would wear this foundation everyday if I could afford it, but for now I just treat myself by wearing it out at night or for special events when I want my face to look extra good.
i would repurchase
I absolutely love this foundation.
This foundation doesnt make my face feel cakey, and i feel like my skin can breathe with it on, on top of that, it doesnt irritate my skin or cause me to breakout.
I love that its buildable so if you want more coverage, youre able to do so.
I find that it does dry fairly fast so i work in small sections with it.
This foundation leaves the skin with a natural matte finish as well.
Overall its a great product and lives up to its name.
Im a college student and im able to go the entire day without having to touch up my foundation.
everyday foundation
this is my everyday foundation that i go to. MAC has not yet failed to please me. this foundation has amazing coverage and i only have to use just a little bit. when it says "pro longwear" they really do mean that. my face makeup doesnt budge when i have this on. i've had this foundation on for hours and it looked like i just applied it to my face. i use the MAC pro longwear concealer in NC20 and then my foundation NC25 sometimes NC30 during the summer. if you havent tried this foundation out yet, go out now and get it!
Good for full coverage.
I forgot how much I loved this foundation until I just saw it on here. It's hard for me to stick with a product because I'm always trying new brands, but just like the MAC powder, I'll be going back to this one.
I need full coverage and this did a great job without feeling too heavy. On days when my face was more clear I'd mix this with a little bit of moisturizer to tone down the coverage. A little goes a long way with this so it's a good investment for that reason alone.
Lives up to its name for sure!
Truly is long-lasting. I love this, doesn't get gross and cakey-feeling after hours of wear (I get quite oily around my T-zone). I always use primer of course, so that might be part of why it wears so well, but I'm definitely impressed. The ONLY negative I can see in it-- it sets/dries quite quickly, so you need to work in sections, instead of going all over then going back to certain areas at a time. Not a huge deal at all, IMO. Highly recommend to anyone needing something to last a long time, or who has trouble getting foundations to stay put because of weather or oiliness, etc. Great job yet again, MAC.

HOLY GRAIL!
This is my second bottle of this stuff - which is a miracle, because I own a LOT of foundations that I never use up, and never repurchase. Studio Fix Fluid, Mineral Foundation, etc. All sitting in my foundation drawer.
This foundation is my favorite I've ever tried. HG foundation. I have combo/dry/normal skin. I always exfoliate really well so I don't see the dry patch problem, and I'm the queen of dry patches. It is very light and VERY full coverage, I only need a pump and my whole face is flawless. I am far from flawless - I have a lot of breakouts from my Studio Fix Fluid, and redness and whatnot. I always get compliments when I wear this because my skin looks like SKIN - not foundation. Not a mask. Not a thick cakey mess. This is the most natural my skin has EVER looked. I love that a powder is OPTIONAL, because I don't have to pack on a colored powder for more coverage that my old foundation doesn't cover. I can lightly dust my NYX Matte not Flat powder foundation, or my Milani Multitasking powder, or even my make up forever hd powder. The other pros about this foundation is better coverage - means less concealer, means less setting powder, which means less product on my face and definitely a more natural finish. I am in love! This foundation blends super well with a brush, and I love using brushes for my foundation unlike my Revlon ColorStay - which is super thick and seems impossible to blend with a brush without streaks or marks left behind, and is such a pain in the ass to blend. This foundation lasts for hours, covers like a dream, and is light and perfect. Thank you MAC. My only complaint is that they are always sold out! :P
Fantastic Everyday Foundation
I was first given this product from my Auntie as she had unfortunately purchased the wrong shade and from then on I completely fell in love with it!
I usually use about half a pump a day and this little still gives me full coverage. I have fairly dry skin but applying this on top of my moisturiser gives the perfect finish. I have been complimented so much on my skin since using this as it leaves it looking extremely clear and there is no shine at all.
I recommend this product for anyone who is looking to buy a new foundation, or just fancies a change. You definitely get what you pay for! Thank you Mac!
Not for me
I recently got this foundation for a wedding. I went to Mac and got my makeup done.Primer was used. When the artist put it on my face it looked great and had great coverage. Its very thick and dries quickly. It does have the staying power maybe a little to much. I had a lot of trouble getting it off that night. I tried every makeup remover I could find and nothing worked. I rubbed my skin raw trying to get this stuff off my face. I ended up breaking out because of all the scrubbing. It took days to get this off my face. I have not used it since because it does feel caked and is as pain to remove.
