The texture is nice when you apply it on your face but when you start to apply the foundation there isn't much visible difference. My first primer/base was Smashbox SPF Photo Finish Foundation Primer....and these 2 aren't comparable. I highly recommend Smash Box if you're looking for a good primer.

Iam always looking for the next best thing . I must admit I was skeptical about this product because it is a drug store primer . So I really did not know what to expect . I have been going back and forth with this product and i have to admit for a drug store product it not bad at all.
The texture is amazing it a moussey sliky feeling . It was very different for me because I have always used textures that feel more creamy loction like . So it took me a while to get use to that . But after I got over that it was great . The foundation doesn't settle in makes my foundation flawless. Makeup lasts longer and it controls a bit of oil threw out the day. A little goes a long way.

CON'S

Dont get me wrong there is some down side for this product it a little expensive for a drug store prouduct unless you can get it buy 1 get 1 50% off that the only time that i would even bother buying this product .
Some people do not like that cream moussey feeling how it feels like a mask or they feel like they can't blend out the foundation . I dont seems to have the problem but everyone is different .
Some people have broken out from it and that because it has silicone oil makes the primer easy to apply so if you are allergic to silicone stay away from this product .

Hope this review helps anyone who is looking for the next best .

Love this

Read my blog for review of this and other drugstore products! This primer makes my makeup stay in place, and is such a reasonable price. Easily the best drugstore primer!

Velvety gorgeous!

I got this primer to fill in 1 of my big pore that annoys me every time I put my makeup on. The foundation doesn't settle in there so it looks like big black hole. After trying this I can see a big difference. It fills it in, with this most velvety moussey silky feeling, and makes my foundation flawless. A little goes a long way! My makeup lasts longer and it controls a bit of oil trough out the day. Half star blank as it can be pricey. I got it on a 50% sale.

Does the job

This is a great primer. It keeps my make-up lasting all day and no shine! Although you only need a little to cover your whole face I still find the jar very small.

Awesome!

I love this product, I am almost ready to use my back up! I love the texture that it gives your face after applying, and makes your skin the smoothest softest canvas for your foundation be it powder or liquid. Sometimes I just wear the base by itself (no makeup days) or w/ fix + and it makes the face look more refined, and helps minimize oil IMO...

Good product!

The texture is amazing! It feels so good on my skin. My foundation indeed last throughout the day. And my skin, looks flawless. I love it! Plus - it smells nice.

I had great expectations when I first tried out this primer, but they weren't met at all. When I tried to put it on with my fingers it blended in really difficult and it was kinda blotchy , after blending it in with a brush it went a bit better but I still could feel it like a mask on my face. My make up did stayed on longer but I really don't like the feeling of the primer. I think people with dry skin shouldn't use. A better alternative is the Gosh Velvet Touch Line Perfector.

It's alright

This primer defiantly made my face really smooth, but it didn't help my makeup stay on any better. I was hoping for more from the product. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

Be careful if you have sensitive skin

I used it only once and had allergic reaction to it. My face was rough and I had pretty bad breakout after using this only once. Thank god, I did not buy the full size product- tried out only a tester. It was easier to apply foundation and blend it, did not notice any difference in wrinkles (hah don´t have many yet) or pore size.
