This was my first Illamasqua lipstick purchase. It was the very last one so I figured it was probably fate that I buy it! It's a really lovely, true red. I usually don't like this bright of a red, but it's very neutral. Not too cool, not too orange either. It's perfectly in between. I'm very fair skin and this shade really compliments it! I love matte lipsticks so this is just an all around perfect lipstick for me.
good for purple lipstick collectors
I love the colour, but sadly the pigmentation isn't very strong. It's a really bright purple with a strong blue duochrome. Thankfully the duochrome is very apparent when applied, but it goes on slightly sheer. I need to use this with a lipliner to make it stand out more. It last really nicely. I'm not a huge fan of the texture because it is a bit on the dry side, not to say it dries my lips, but it's kind of pasty and acts weird when I sip from a straw or something.
The packaging is beautiful and solid. This lipstick has never just opened in my bag because of bad packaging. There isn't much scent which I really like. I get lots compliments when I wear this lipstick :). Despite it's faults, it's one of my favs. If you like bright purple lipstick, you have to have this.
Trash is pretty drying, given the colour and amount of pigment in it. However, it looks gorgeous either on its own or applied over other colours (especially a nice, hydrating red--it adds beautiful dimension). I've yet to find a gold lipstick I love as much.

Amazing, some shades are drying
What can i say i actually love these Lipsticks they are maybe the best ive used. they are really soft they glide on so well they are very very very pigmented as you can see you could use a Medium Pencil to line the lips fill in the lips then add lipstick.i love how you can change there colours by putting different Liner underneath the lipstick.
My Favourite is- Sophie Medium Pencil to line the lips blend in and then apply Mould Cream Pigment to the lips as a colour blend in and then apply Underworld to the centre and blend left to right and using Intrigue to highlight above the cupids bow.
Each lipstick costs £16.50 and you get 4g in each tube
