I have the blue one. They're cheap and fun to just mess around with without actually being serious. I've never used it on the eye because the glitter is very scratchy and it's not a smooth pencil unless you push hard or wet it with warm water first. The color was pretty cool looking on my brows though. The whole Hard Candy brand gives a very pre-teen feel and low end quality. Don't waste your money if you're looking for something long-lasting and professional.
