medium coverage, lasts all day, natural

Jen C's review is pretty right on about everything. I just wanted to add that it does well with flash photography. It doesn't make you look ghostly.

Also, it's made with what EL calls intuitione technology. Basically it changes colors to match your skin tone better when you apply it.

I don't know what else there is to say about this. I love it. It gives my skin a smooth natural glow. I look air brushed without the expensive equipment! It lasts all day for me and gives me medium coverage (which is all I need). If you're looking for full coverage you may need concealer or just a different foundation.

I would definitely recommend this foundation to anyone looking for a flawless natural glow. I think it definitely lives up to EL's claim of "see no makeup, feel no makeup". This is my new everyday go-to foundation.

Estee Lauder never fails!!! :D

This has some serious competition with my beloved Estee Lauder Double Wear Makeup foundation! Ever since I got Invisible Fluid I've been using it every single day! I normally prefer a full coverage foundation because I have some flaws on the left side of my face, but I wanted something lighter for the summertime.I picked this up and I am IN LOVE!!! I probably love this even more than Double Wear. Double Wear is very thick.

Consistency/Packaging: Invisible Fluid is very light. The consistency is thin and watery and has been compared to Chanel's Vita Lumiere Aqua (I think that's what it's called), so it is one of those shake-it-up-vigorously bottles. If you put it on the back of your hand, it will start running. The packaging is a plastic bottle with a squeeze-tip opening. It makes it very easy to dispense the product and allows you to control how much you want to use.

Blendability: So easy! It's not really creamy, as I said it's pretty watery so it goes on pretty sheer. For me, I could build it up to medium coverage. It doesn't cover up my hyperpigmentation or acnee scarring, but that's easily fixed with a bit of concealer.

Shade: Okay, so I consider myself medium to medium-deep when it comes to my complexion. In Double Wear I'm a Shell Beige, and that's a #4 in their instensity range. But with Invisible Fluid, I found I could get away with wearing a 2WN2. A TWO?! That's how blendable this is. It's a weeeee bit light when I first apply, but after a few minutes it just makes my face look nice and bright. :) I didn't like the 3WN1 (one shade up) because apparently my neck is lighter than my face because it matched my face well but not my neck.

Application: I use a traditional foundation brush for this foundation. I apply it in the "flower method" that Estee Lauder recommends (you can find videos and tips on their website). I put some product onto the back of my hand then start on my cheeks and nose brushing outwards. I find that using this brush does get streaky, so I incorporate patting motions. After I finish, I take my fingers and smooth my face out starting in the center. I find that extra effort smoothes it out perfectly. I then set it with Lucidity Loose Powder, and that my friends will give you FLAWLESS looking skin.

Finish: This is the reason why I love this. Typically I like a matte finish because I have extremely oily skin. The finish is neither matter or dewy. It's not exactly satin, but glowy, natural, bright, radiant, and makes your face look like it's in soft-focus. It looks like perfect skin if I had that. :)

Let me tell you, I did not expect to love this foundation as much as I do. I'm so happy with it. I have no problems with it breaking me out. If anything, I'll believe that it's helping my skin. Somewhere I heard that this contains some of the Advanced Night Repair Serum, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

In conclusion, this is by far the best foundation I have ever come across. I never thought I'd love anything more than my Double Wear. I still do, but that will be saved for more special occasions. I highly, highly recommend trying this out! It's not gonna work for everyone like it does for me, but Estee Lauder counters do offer a generous sample. :)
