a great alternative to foundation as it is lighter. however, does not blend well and should only be used for light coverage. once on, it gives a dewy finish which can be corrected with some translucent powder. give a nice natural finish and stays the whole day. good to cover up a few blemishes here and there :)
TOO DEWY/HEAVY, NOT FOR YELLOW UNDERTONES
I have dry skin and I wanted to try Clinique's Moisture Surge CC Cream to see if it evened out my skin tone while providing hydration to my skin. While I did believe the CC cream was moisturizing, I felt the finish was too dewy. In addition, I felt the texture was a little heavy for a CC cream, making it difficult to blend. I was also disappointed that all of the shades seemed to have more of a pink undertone to them. Overall, I do not believe this is the best CC cream for an everyday basis, but it can be used for a day out in the sun as it has a great amount of SPF!
