This is an average lip balm. I mean, there are better lip balms out there like philosophy's lip balm but I mean you can wear this under your lipstick/gloss. Wearing it alone, it dries out very fast meaning it wears way quickly. It doesn't stay on your lips very long, but while it's on your lips it does moisturize.
Carmex is actually a life saver,at first it smells like really strong cherries but then gradually smells very sweet and tastes rather nice aswell. It makes your lips shiny+chap free and always works. I love it :'-)
I think the product smells like paint, but then it works really amazing for chapped lips. Its long lasting and makes your lips look super glossy. I also like the Strawberry Carmex too. The chapstick kind isn't bad either.
OMG this products amazing!!!!!!!
It moisturizes my lips so well and it last for a pretty long time!
It has a strong scent but it doesn't smell bad you just have to get use to it.
Overall great products and im very happy !
Good, but there are better products
To start off, I originally thought this product was amazing when I first started using it, but immediately after I stopped using it my lips became so dry and chapped, peeling often. Then I started using other products, but I must say that Shea Butter Vaseline on the lips is better than this; I don't get the same side effects after using it and it smells great and it doesn't have a taste to it. I'd rather a lip soother have no taste to it at all then to have a weird taste to it. Either way, you can try other products that will work just as good if not better and they won't dry your lips out after, but an easy remedy to chapped lips or severely dry lips is to simply drink water regularly. Hope this helps :)
Great, and affordable.
It moisturizes so well. If your likes are chapped and peeling this will surely resolve the issue. Long lasting too. It has a very strong smell and taste but you'll get use to it. It's not overbearing though. It's classic.
this is the best lip balm ever! in the beginning the smell is really strong, but by time you get used to it. carmex moisturizes my lips so well (i have really dry lips) in contrast to other chap-sticks that seem to dry out my lips even more.
Best lip treatment ever
Best lip treatment on the market. Okay well maybe there is a better one but I wouldn't know because Carmex has been moisturizing and repairing my lips since i was a kid. I put it on every night before bed. In the morning my lips are still moisturized. If my lips are cracking this is sure to fix it. Every time. Love Carmex one of my tops products for sure.
What is there to say about Carmex other then it is hands down the best lip balm you can purchase. I don't like using the chap-stick brand because I feel like it drys my lips out, but this is great. It does have a strong taste/smell but once you are used to the smell, it is 100% worth it.
Ah-mazing during the cold winter here in Denmark (-10 c)
The winter time here in Denmark is crucial against both your skin in general and your lips! That's why I like to try out allot of different lip-products to figure out what works best for me! I have tried everything from the ever famous Elizabeth Arden "lip balm" to the classic "Vaseline" but I find myself always turning back to this product when my lips are as dry as a sahara, and I'm sick.. I must admit it works wonders! Not only does it moisturize my lips, but it actually "heals" them! When you put it on you can feel that its working. It reminds me of the vix my mum used to rub on my neck when I was very sick to help me breath again, but this is of course allot less harsh.. I have recommended this to all my friends, and I recommend you give this a try.. You can find this in different flavors as well (mint, strawberry etc.) and it doesn't cost allot around 5-6 pounds depending on where you buy it and where you live :)
Hope this was helpful.. xoxo Nusa
