My holy grail powder on set and location

A former model and now working as a makeup artist, this is my go-to powder. Reduces redness, minimises pores, keeps skin fresh and shine-free without being too 'fake matte'. Gorgeous finely milled formula and allows skin to breathe. All my clients have loves the feel, texture and result of this powder. I ordered in bulk and I think I have enough powder to last me a lifetime!

I jumped on the banana boat bandwagon

Ive heard the hype and seen it. I gave into it and love using it as powder over my concealer! It's so amazing and once it's brushed away the glamour remains.

Perfect for my yellow skin tone

I just bought the Banana powder and am really loving it. Using it on my profile pic taken today. Really suits my yellow undertones, my new favorite powder. Used it with a damp make up sponge as a highlighter . Under my eyes, under cheekbones, down the nose and forehead. Great for contouring.

Beautiful on just about ever skintone.

Milled super duper finely and apply almost like a dust. That may sound strange but it's so lightweight you can even over powder your face, knock off excess with a fluffy brush, spray with MAC's Fix+ and your back to gorgeous looking skin. Almost fool proof! It works on fair to deep skintones. THe banana powder is the best but I own buff also as I work on alot of fair toned ladies for work. I recommend applying this with a puff and working the product into the puff and pressing and rolling the puff on your face to set your foundation without moving the foundation. It's milled like NARS' loose powder but much much more affordable. I prefer this over my NARS loose powder actually. I will purchase this until I'm buried in the ground.

Amazing Powder!

I have quite dry skin and i was worried this might dry my skin and look horrid after time. I wore this New Years Eve and it lasted all night and didnt crease. Really pleased with this. It has got a lovely soft texture aswell. I will be using powder from now on!

Will never use another company

My favorite! The first powder that keeps my oily skin matted all DAY AND NIGHT... Does not sweat off, applies evenly, can also be used as a highlight. Gives you that hollywood glow!

'The' powder to own.

This powder has been around a long, long time. Way before Kim K's makeup artist started using it to set her concealer. This powder is a finely milled yellow powder that can be used for a variety of things. If you are new to this powder, you might pick it up and put it right back down because you are unsure of what exactly it is and how it works.

Most every makeup artist I know has this powder in their kit. Why? Because it is so cross-functional. This powder can be used to diffuse purple discoloration, deep red discoloration and as overall skin enhancer. When speaking of corrective makeup, I usually use a yellow creme corrector to neutralize purple discoloration underneath the eyes. Sometimes, the discoloration can be so severe that even a a yellow creme neutralizer won't completely hide and/or diffuse the purple. In situations like this, I use the Banana powder as an additional element in the correction and it works beautifully. This powder is also great when dealing with severe redness issues when even the color green won't properly diffuse the red.

As a general rule, yellow will work to brighten the overall complexion, and sometimes, I like to use it as an overall powder, or as a target spot powder. It looks great when used as a highlighter and eyeshadow too. If you've never used this powder before, fear not, it looks more intimidating than it is. If you use it, your face won't go yellow... Well, if you apply copious targeted amounts of it, you will get a concentrated burst of yellow, but as a general rule, it is a wonderful product to have. You can get this product at most any industry driven beauty supply store, or camerareadycosmetics.com

Great Powder!

Great inexpensive powder, to finish your look. I use this powder has a highlight and to set my look. I have oily skin in my t-zone and apply it above the apple of my cheeks. They have a powder for every complexion. I would recommend this to everyone!

In Love!

I just love The Banana Powder from Ben Nye. It is what I go to when I want that Kim K glow and when I want to mattify the face without looking powdery. The powder is super duper fine and it soaks up all of the excess oil (so for oil control I find it quite amazing) it leaves my face feeling soft and smooth... It is completely worth the money in my opinion. I got it from CameraReadyCosmetics and they were speedy with delivery!

AMAZING!!!!!

I'm always searching for a good powder. I have oily skin/sensitive skin and it seem to work well with me. It doesn't cake. It does't turn color as the day goes on. Its very light weight. And it evens out my skin tone nicely. I would recommend it to any one!!!!!

FYI. I use the Banana one
