HELP !has anyone with afro texture hair had microlink hair extensions

i acting because i thought since my hair gets really curly and hard ro bish . mirco links wouldnt be the best things if i ever want to straighten my hair with them in . because my natural hair will be curly and the links will be straight .??? . HELP
