Green and Pink Cut-Crease

Steps:
1. Apply a primer and MAC 'bitter' eyeshadow all over the lid 2. Cut the crease with a hot pink liner and blend out with Sugarpill 'dollipop' eyeshadow 3. Line upper lash line with a black gel liner (my fav is Act 5 Cosmetics) 4. Bring liner into the waterline and smudge out, apply Red Cherry WSP lashes (x2), and add mascara :)
