How did you do this style? curling iron? I just cut =)

Hi Sarah! Sorry for the really late reply! Yes, I used a 1and 1/4 inch barrel curling iron, I took 1 inch sections, and curled it away from the face and I used spray wax to help mold it it place then set it with hairspray.
