I use german LaCordi pencils, they look like that: http://bank-krasoty.com.ua/images/i...
But you can use any other eye liner, the pencil just has to be not too soft and not too dry. Unfortunately I can't suggest any other brand, because I don't know what sorts of brands you have in the States. The pencil technique originated in Ukraine, therefore I'm not sure there are any schools in the States where you could learn it. I'll be visiting my boyfriend soon though, maybe I could teach you :) Where are you from?

What sort/brand of pencils do you use for pencil technique? Where could an American learn pencil technique?
