The polish is from the brand Golden Rose, from the Paris Nail Lacquer line, number 217. I don't know whether this will help you because it's not a internationally famous brand and is usually available in Europe, though I've heard that there's an online shop that sells the Golden Rose polishes in the USA.
And, yes, I did use a stamp for the pattern.
