1.) Gold liner pencil, for a base, on the lid.
2.) Light gold eyeshadow on the lid.
3.) Lightly apply a brown to the crease.
4.) White as the highlight.
5.) Bright blue on the lower lid.
6.) Wing the blue out.
7.) A navy blue eyeshadow right under the lash line.
8.) White eyeliner pencil in the inner part of the eye.
9.) White eyeshadow on top of the pencil.
10.) Line the water line with a dark blue pencil.
11.) Line the tight line and lid with a black eyeliner pencil.
12.) Curl lashes, apply mascara, and fill in eyebrows. Pair with red lips and done!!
