hehe, it means "Nice to meet you" and Natasha is short for Natalya :)

I thought it was something along those lines. XDDD And I know I've heard it before. :) There's a guy I know who speaks Russian with me for practice and I remember him teaching me that now. :) Mom calls me Natasha sometimes. :) It's very nice to meet you too, and again, you are really beautiful. :)

omg!! this look is to die for! Those lashes are awesome and the line of glitters! Everything about this look is perfect, I love the brows, what did u use for the glitters? And most importantly, where do u find those lashes?
