SOFT and SPARKLY

I started with two coats of Baby Pink polish from Forever 21. Then I just dabbed the darker glittery pink color, Wear Something Spar-Kylie by Nicole by OPI. After that dried for a couple of minutes I added luxeffects by Essie. Finish with a topcoat.
