Beauty Product Reviews

This brush is my life saver. That might seem extreme but I really do adore it. It places color exactly where you want it and it's blending quality is amazing. I can't do my smokey eye or cut crease without it.

I use this brush for multiple things because I'm all about versatility in my products and brushes. This brush places and blends concealer underneath my eye beautifully. If you use this brush in a stippling motion with concealer on a skin discrepancy (blemish, scarring, dry patches, etc.) it covers and smooths the texture beautifully. Take some powder with the same brush and softly go over the concealed area for a finished effect. Oh, and it's an amazing shadow blender of course <3

This is a product worth trying. The colors are radiant and versatile on many skin tones. I personally love the staining quality on the lips and usually top mine with a light weight lip balm like Kiehl's.

How can you not love this product or this company in general? I'm bananas about this scrub. Not only does it do an amazing job of exfoliating my dry, flaky lips, it tastes delicious.

I only use two brushes when it comes to applying products on my face and that is a contour brush and this brush. When used in a circular motion, this brush buffs my liquid foundation into a beautiful skin finish. I also use this to blend my highlight, blush, and bronzer. After these products are applied, I go back with my 130 brush and place my powder in the appropriate places.

Another MAC item I adore. I use the back of my hand when doing my own makeup but when it comes to my clients, I prefer to be as sanitary as possible. This is easy to hold while using the other hand to work and the metal allows the back of your hand to warm the colors before applying.

This product definitely gets 5 stars in my book. If you have any skin discrepancies, whether you or dry or oily, when applied correctly this product will cover. I don't prefer using it under my eyes because it can sit heavy in smaller lines but for anywhere else, this is my go to. If I have a client that needs tattoo coverage, this is what I use. When set with powder, there is no transferrance and the colors blend to skin tone.

These save my skin at night. I'm notorious for accidentally falling asleep in front of the TV or just crashing in bed with my makeup on. I keep a pack of these on my night stand so when I do forget to wash my face but am too lazy to get up, I grab a wipe to cleanse. I normally recommend washing your face after using a wipe but I'm being realistic- it just doesn't always happen.

My go to face brush

Having a diamond shaped face makes contouring and highlighting a must for me to soften my face. I really have to have precision in my placement and shading to make it look natural so this is the brush for me. I like to compare this brush to the pencil brush for the face; it puts the product exactly where you want it. Grab a nice duo-fibre highlighting brush and blend from there!

My favorite body powder

This stuff is amazing. I really enjoyed the scent which is rare for me because I'm kind of an all natural gal when it comes to fragrance. It wasn't overbearing; it had a soft, clean scent which is refreshing when I get out of the tub. It also made my skin feel velvety and silky without the wet feel.
