Hi darling, it really depends on what type of skin you have. If you have oily skin it's recommended to exfoliate at least 3 times a week. If you have extra dry skin it's best to exfoliate once or twice a week so you won't irritate your skin. You can steam your face as much as you want but if you want to get rid of dead skin, dirt & oil you should exfoliate in the morning. I actually wrote a post especially about exfoliating & where you can buy a facial or body scrub.
