I bought the last ghoulish glow at my local Ulta, not knowing it was a topcoat (my bottle doesn't say "topcoat" on it like the one pictured here) . I painted my nails with it and tested them in the dark, and I have to say they really do have a good glow in the dark effect, but you do need at least two coats. I then used my black crackle polish on top, hoping you would be able to see the crackle shapes in the dark. You could still see them in the dark, but the crackle effect wasn't clear. Now that I know it's suppposed to be used as a top coat, I'm excited to see it layered on top of another color.

You should try leaving your nails in the sun or light, after putting the glow in the dark polish, so it glows brighter!

My bottle doesn't say that its a top coat either.

The manager at my local Sally Beauty let me buy this in the middle of September when it wasent supposed to come out. There is also an Orange color that comes with one of the little collections that they give you! And with the Ghoulish Glow, if you have paper thin nails (like I do :( ) you have to put a top coat over it or it will peel off in no time! But putting a top coat ontop of it, wont affect it at all! Its Alive is also like Zombie Zest, but its more of a green. I still have to get Haunting, Crimson and Near Dark though!

I hope Ghoulish Glow holds up to my expectations, because they are high lol.
