Lol well Sally Hansen has different kinds of top coats so maybe Insta Dry is not the same one you tried. Anyways, she may have used Essie E quick drying drops. I have it and a lot of people like it but I don't like it either. I would give it to you if you were not so far :P

yes he is!! He's in the army right now we're at fort campbell in stateline of Kentucky/TN but we live in Clarksville, TN I'm glad you understood my title LOL I use to think no one would ever get it but it was the perfect name for me so I stuck with it! Nice to know xoxo <3
