Here's a quick how-to video on creating your perfect winged eyeliner. The specific shape here is great for downward slanted eyes (like mine), and is meant to create the illusion of eyes that are "lifted up". Yes, an instant eye-lift :)
If you have regular or upward-slanted eyes, a) you're lucky and b) feel free to start at the inner corners of the eyes and go all the way to the end of the lash line. That will give you a more dramatic & prominent line.
