a few months ago i started breaking out above my upper lip below my nose i break out occasionally and ive never broken out on my checks. So my skin is pretty clear but suddenly i have a whole cluster of little bumps and red heads in that little area it is painful to pop and if i do the red marks DO NOT go away ever what can i do ive used sylic acid treatments and it just drys it out

Could it be a rash or eczema from something your eating/using? I get hives that occasionally look like acne.

Do you wax your upper lip? Sometimes, if you have sensitive skin waxing can irritate your upper lip!

I get that whenever I wax/tweeze my 'stache zone! What seems to work for me is to make sure you reach that area when you wash your face, don't be too rough with the exfoliators and even do some thorough blackhead purging before they get infected.
