Im 13 years old and i recently started wearing mascara...but my dad said i was too young! i feel like my eyes look super small and I'm trying to find ideas with eye shadow and liner that will pass by my dad. In other words minimal eye makeup that still accents my eyes. Any ideas or tips?

Curl your eyelashes! And a nude coloured liner for your bottom waterline, this should help :)
