I bought Loreal sublime spray tan in fair skin shade and put it on yesterday. I'm not the bets fake tanner but my legs needed a bit of colour (we haven't had a lot of sun in the UK recently!) I followed the instructions, exfoliated, sprayed 40cm away etc but I have ended up with orange toes, which was not in the plan.
A search on google gives all sorts of weird and wonderful solutions to get it off but I wondered what you peeps could recommend? Thanks in advance, orange toes ( aka Tori WCB!)
I use the Loreal shimmer lotion self tan - when I mess it up - even when I wash my hands for some reason it still ends up staining in between my fingers! The only way to get it off after the fact (lets face it, that is when you are going to know if you messed it up, right?!) is to exfoliate. The lotion one comes off pretty easy, I don't know about the spray. I had used a Sally Hanson spay before and it wore off weird, made me look like I had a skin disorder. It was coming off in patches so I ended up just scrubbing it all off. The lotion one works good because it is a bronzer too so you can see where it is going as you apply it, so less room for error, except between your fingers! :) It gets a bit built up around my wrists too but I think it's because I am washing my hands and it is like a cut off point. Good luck!
Hi Ladies! The best thing to do is soak in a tub or take a really long shower and then exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! I really recommend a deep hammam exfoliating mitt like this one: http://www.beautisol.com/Hammam-Dee... I also have other tips on my blog here that might be helpful! http://www.selftanningqueen.com/bes...
