Im looking to buy a primer but not 100% sure on what it does and wich one would suit my skin as i have medium - low acne... 😢
(some weeks better than others). Ive recently started using mac products ie foundation, conceler, studio fix powder and they are working great. If someone could direct me in the right way it would be much appreciated. Thankyou 🍀
LORAC's is my #1 favourite of all time. It's hydrating and makes my skin feel amazing, especially in this heat. I also like Make Up For Ever's :)
And to Kerrie S., if you're really concerned about using a primer with your skin type and don't mind spending some money, go into a Sephora and ask a worker :) Because they'll see your skin in person and have good recommendations. I find that most of their suggestions are actually VERY helpful.
Thanks to you all for the replies! Much appreciated! 💋
Overlea c. I dont mind spending the cash as long as its suitable for my awkwardness! 😄 so Wheres sephora? Ive never even heard of it!
😄
Monistat Anti-Chaffing Powder Gel. It has the same main ingredients as Smashbox's and Laura Geller's and some other highend primers -- but as much as 5x less with 5x more product.
You can probably do a product search here on Beautylish. Or better yet, a YouTube search and see the many users rave about it.
Kerrie: I forgot that there aren't Sephora's everywhere in the world, sorry :/ I don't know what country you're from but I live in Toronto and there's a lot located here. You could just search it on google :) Or go to any makeup store near you and just ask what they'd recommend for you.
For me,deffiantly Loreal studio secrets magic perfecting primer as the results was amazing but i'm taking a break from them as everyones saying thier testing on animals :(
I've tried many and Hourglass is the best. They have the Mineral Veil Primer, which also helps tone down redness and blotchiness, and if you have drier skin, their hydrating primer. I've tried many, and nothing comes close to Hourglass primers. They're pretty pricey though.
