Want something that not is to thick, or unnatural... And that doesnt give you blemishes etc.

Neutrogena skin clearing foundation. Honestly, your "best" foundation depends on your skin type/tone. Its better you try whatever you can afford until you see the results you want. What someone says is the best may not work for you.

for young skin since you don't need as much coverage tinted moisturizer is best. that's what i use, at least.

If you're young, you probably don't need a lot of coverage. Foundations go on your face, and I would say that it might be okay to splurge on higher end foundation, since they are going on your face. Foundation preference is different for everyone. I know that I hate some of the foundations that my friends love. I would say that since you're young, you should get a nice foundation that you like, and mix some in with your moisturizer if you're going to use it for everyday. You could still use foundation if you're going out or have a special event.

I have sensitive skin too. Look for products that are noncomdogenic. Stay away from products with phalates, parabens, and fragrance. I usually go for an oil free and alcohol free formula. Everyone's a bit different, so if you go to counters like Sephora, you can ask for a sample.

Some of my favorites are CoverFX Cream Foundation, Lancôme Teint Miracle, and Tarte foundations. Others that I liked, but don't wear too often are the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, Rimmel Wake Me Up Fundation, and NARS Sheer Glow (this one's pretty expensive though). Good luck founding one. :)
