I recommend coconut products shampoos and conditioner 's they really helped me to grow out my hair they're really long now btw my hair was the same length as yours
No problem, 😌 Hmm..you can use oil's to put in ur hair or use a coconut hair lotion I use the hair lotion right after I finish a shower it dosent make my hair frizzy at all
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day mixed with warm water and honey for taste. Coconut oil as a deep conditioner once a week, massaged into scalp well. Prenatal vitamins have always worked for me, too. Don't forget to trim your hair once a month.
after showers try not to run the towel through your hair because you are easily breaking some of your roots, best if you let it Air Dry. try not to comb your hair until it is dried too because when hair is Wet it grabs onto the comb\brush. use shampoo and conditioner that helps out too. last but not least make a home made hair mask using coconut oil and an egg. melt the coconut oil first then stir the egg with it. once that is done part your hair into sections and apply. you can tie a bag over your Hair or throw a Hair Net on. wait for about 30-40 minutes and wash the mask out. the smell of the egg might be there afterwards but it doesn't hurt to apply products that helps beautify the hair after! not only does the hair mask help grow your hair out but it keeps it nice and healthy looking. hope this helped^_^
Ceci - yes, you drink it. You can also massage it into your scalp. This is a popular remedy for hair loss and really does work in my experience. It's recommended you use organic. Bragg's is the best known brand to make this.
Biotin, Sulfate free shampoo & conditioner, wash & rinse your hair in COLD water ONLY, and don't wash every day. For the frizziness I suggest argan oil. :) I have a video on my YT channel explaining in detail how I grew my hair out quickly and the exact hair products I've been using. Hope something eventually works for you!!! :)
Hang your head of the edge of your couch and brush it, the blood flow helps to grow your hair I do it all the time when I watch tv and my hair frowns like a once or two every two weeks I love it. :)
