I really need some advise of how to get rid of my nail ridges. I know that you can get top coat that fills them but I want a solution to the problem, not a cover up.
They are pretty deep on some of my nails too.
I think it's come from wearing acrylic and false nails so often and ripping them off. Oooops. I've stopped wearing them now until I can get my nails in a healthy condition.

All suggestions are welcome. Ta x
