I love the way they look, good job! But I'm picky about having something textured on my nails like that. If it does not feel smooth then I will pick at it. :(
Cute but different
I was going to say the same thing as Amy! They look nice but I think they would irritate me... Do the get stuck to things?
@Kristina . They don't get stuck to things at all. If anything I was amazed at how smooth they were all day!
Nice! I'll have to try them out... Did you do a tutorial? I would have no idea how to do them! Lol
@Kristina Yes I did. It is really easy. Here is my DIY Velvet Nails tutorial. http://www.polishpedia.com/velvet-n...
Thank you! =)
Thank you!!! =)

I'm too rough with my hands to even attempt that look but it definitely is kinda cool. Just not for me. :(
That's very cute!:) I would mess them up if I had them. Creative girl!!
velvet nails are pretty but do they last for even a day?? i bet it would be hard to maintain that kind of design...
@Sharmila D. My second set of velvet nails latest for 3 days. The first set only lasted a day because I went to an amusement park and the velvet got dirty. It was different to have my nails get dirty...like clothing.

love velvet nails :))) they look great but i cant do them being a gymnast and all hah xD
Urge I hate them! I bought a pack from sephora thinking it would look amazing and once I tried it I was impressed but throughout the day it sheds off and it looks horrible! I couldn't even wash my hands since the velvet would get wet and make my nails look even worse

Love this! Question though ... Would they last longer if you put a clear coat over them or would that ruin the whole look?
Yasmine, you cannot put clear coat it will ruin the whole look
i love them!! i keep seeing them, but i have no clue on how to do them.
I'm having the same problem as Juliana. Is there any way to keep them from falling off the first day you put them on?!
I've ways wanted to try them. how do you take the polish off though??
@lauren sadly no. You just have to be careful about what you touch not to ruin them
I've Never Even Seen Them Before :/
