Acne scarring and scabs on face and back how do I get rid of it?

I have a picture of how it is on my chin. I have no acne but acne scars and scabsall over please help with a way to get rid of them. Home remedies are better because they don't cost as much but of you know a product that'd be great to. Thanks!!

If you mix some lemon juice and some sugar together and just put in on your face/back it should help. It does mine
