A blunt cut, that's all one length will make it look thicker. Just don't let them layer it. Layering removes weight from the hair.

I disagree.. I honestly believe layers give the appearance as thicker hair I have hair to my boobs but its layered a lot and I'm always gettin compliments on how thick my hair was but I never got compliments about the thickness when there was no layers in it :).. you could always back comb it too to add volume.

Get your hair in layers and start them really short.

That's what I was taught in cosmetology school. However, we can agree to disagree.

A blunt cut will make your hair the thickest but the layers may make it appear thicker. Layers give the hair less weight and bulk but when all the hair is one length it will always be heavier and thicker

You can always try some thickening shampoo instead of a cut :)

Blunt cut is the way to go.

Blunt cuts will of course make your hair heavier and seem thicker but when its all one length it lays heavy. layers can be styled to make your hair seem thicker. using a round brush when blow drying and root pump will definitely make it seem thicker.
