ok so I was wondering if you have any recomendations for me, it has to touch my knees, I would like..
*blue,yellow,orange or turquoise
*knee length
*something semi-formal
*has to have straps..or I could wear a cardigan
*I like the ones that are a little bit poofy on the bottom,
*I'm 5'3
*I have no boobs.... HELP thank you ladies :)
