What I do is I make the pencil real thin and then I burn the tip, with a lighter don't keep the flame there for too long. then wait a few seconds and put it on it will look really good. <(^^,)> I go over it with a liquid after words

Karen, what does burning the tip do? I would figure it would either just make it bad or melt it.

@Brittany it makes the eye liner darker and it lasts me a long time for me, since I have oily skin

What I usually do is use a q tip to thin out or even out the line.

A liquid eyeliner is best I think for applying to the upper lid- you can get a pen of an inkwell with I little brush.

Oh yeah! Gel eyeliners are very good too. Maybelline do a good drugstore reasonably priced one
